Rivka and Yonatan wanted an alternative wedding with a recognizable Jewish chuppah and seven blessings that reflected the ancient originals while being personal and distinctive.

Writing Their Values

In developing their ketubah, they shared the stages of their relationship, including moments of difficulty, growth, and renewed commitment. The resulting Reform ketubah reflected both our conversations and the unique character of their bond.

An Intimate Signing and Shared Ceremony

The ketubah signing became an intimate gathering with friends and witnesses. Beneath the chuppah, family and friends helped bring the couple’s personal blessings to life. The ceremony was alternative and unmistakably Jewish.
