1.2 By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. By making a purchase on the Website, you also agree to the purchase terms. Please read these Terms before purchasing and confirm your agreement on the checkout page.
1.3 In these Terms, "you" refers to any person who uses the Website or purchases the Course.
2. General Terms of Use
2.1 The content on the Website, including information about ceremonies, sample D’var Torah texts, wedding stories, and testimonials, is for general information only. It does not constitute legal, halachic, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for a personal consultation.
2.2 All rights in the Website content, including texts, photos, videos, design, and logo, are reserved to Naomi Efrat or to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, or make commercial use of this content without written permission.
2.3 Ceremonies, guidance, and other services presented on the Website, such as weddings and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, are arranged by personal agreement with Naomi. Contacting Naomi through the contact form, by phone, or via WhatsApp does not constitute a binding order. The terms, price, and cancellation policy for these services are agreed separately with each client.
2.4 The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as YouTube and social networks. The Website Owner is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
2.5 The Website Owner makes every effort to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or be subject to change. The Website Owner is not liable for any damage resulting from reliance on information on the Website.

4.2 When purchasing, you must provide complete and accurate details: first name, last name, phone number, country, and email address. Your email address is used to access the Course, so it is important that it is correct.
4.3 The Website Owner may refuse a purchase if the details provided are incorrect or if there is a suspicion of misuse.
5. Plans and Prices
The Course is taught in Hebrew and is offered in three plans. Every plan includes the full Course:
-
Self-Paced (₪360): The full digital Course – 10 video lessons and an info sheet for every lesson.
-
Guided (₪540): The full Course, plus membership in a WhatsApp group with Naomi for questions and dilemmas.
-
Personal (₪720): The full Course and the WhatsApp group, plus a 60-minute personal session with Naomi, on Zoom or in person in Tel Aviv or Pardes Hanna.
5.1 Prices are in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and are final. The business is exempt from charging VAT (small business), so no VAT is added to the price. Payment is one-time and is processed through a secure payment provider. Credit card details are not stored on the Website.
5.2 The Website Owner may change prices and plans from time to time. Changes will not apply to purchases already completed.
6. Delivery of the Course and Services
The Course is digital, and nothing is shipped physically.
6.1 The digital Course: Access opens immediately after payment. You access the Course through the members area of the Website, using the email address provided at purchase. Access to the Course is unlimited in time, for as long as the Website and the Course remain active.
6.2 The WhatsApp group (Guided and Personal plans): Naomi personally sends the group link to the phone number provided at purchase, within 3 business days of the purchase. If you have not received the link within this time, please contact Naomi using the details in Section 3.
6.3 The personal session (Personal plan): Naomi will contact you to schedule the session within 3 business days of the purchase. The session takes place within one month of the purchase, at a mutually agreed time. If the session is not scheduled or does not take place within 3 months of the purchase for reasons attributable to the purchaser, the right to the session expires.
6.4 A scheduled session may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If the purchaser does not attend the session without prior notice, the session will be considered to have taken place.
6.5 The Website is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party failures, such as internet providers, WhatsApp, or the payment provider, or by force majeure.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1 You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of the purchase date by sending written notice by email or WhatsApp to the details in Section 3. Please include your full name, email address, and plan.
7.2 The digital Course: The Course is "information" as defined in the Israeli Computers Law. Therefore, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, the purchase of the Course cannot be cancelled once any lesson has been viewed or any info sheet has been downloaded. If you cancel before accessing the Course content, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee as set out in Section 7.5. Whether the Course content has been used will be determined according to the progress data in the course system.
7.3 The WhatsApp group: You may cancel the guidance within the 14 days, even if you have already accessed the Course. In this case, the difference between the price of the plan purchased and the Self-Paced plan (₪180) will be refunded, less a cancellation fee as set out in Section 7.5.
7.4 The personal session: You may cancel the session within 14 days of the purchase, as long as it has not yet taken place. In this case, the difference between the Personal plan and the Guided plan (₪180) will be refunded, less a cancellation fee as set out in Section 7.5. Once the session has taken place, it cannot be cancelled.
7.5 For any cancellation, a cancellation fee of 5% of the refund amount or ₪100, whichever is lower, will be deducted, in accordance with the law.
7.6 Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, to the payment method used for the purchase. Once the purchase of the Course is cancelled, access to the Course will be blocked.
7.7 Nothing in this section derogates from any additional rights granted to consumers under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and its regulations, including the rights of persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and new immigrants.
8. Intellectual Property and Use of Content
8.1 All rights in the Course content, including the videos, info sheets, templates, tools, and texts, are reserved to Naomi Efrat.
8.2 Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content. The content is intended for your own learning and for your professional use in officiating ceremonies. You may not copy, record, distribute, sell, share your access details with others, or transfer the content to any third party without written permission.
8.3 The Website Owner may block access to the Course, without a refund, if it is found that the content has been used in breach of this section.
9. Liability
9.1 The Course and its related services are intended for enrichment and for providing practical tools. They do not constitute legal, halachic, or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee any particular result.
9.2 Purchasers are solely responsible for how they use the content and for the ceremonies they lead. Naomi Efrat and anyone acting on her behalf shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the Course, its content, or its related services.
9.3 Content posted in the WhatsApp group, including content written by other participants, is the responsibility of its authors.
9.4 The Website Owner will make every effort to keep the Website and the Course available and working properly, but is not responsible for technical failures, temporary service interruptions, or failures of external providers.
10. Privacy
The details you provide at purchase are used only to provide the Course and services, to communicate with you, and to comply with legal requirements. They will not be shared with third parties, except for the service providers required for operation: the website platform and the payment provider. Further details appear in the Website’s Privacy Policy.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 The Website Owner may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to a purchase is the version in effect on the date of purchase.
11.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Haifa District shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
