Bar Mitzvah in Israel
Bat Mitzvah in Israel

Mazal tov! Planning to celebrate a Reform Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah in Israel? Do you wish to celebrate the Bar Mitzvah in Israel in a meaningful ceremony, with a charismatic Reform Rabbi?

I'd be honored to offer an unforgettable experience.

Together, your child, your family, your congregational Rabbi in the US/Australia and myself as the Refom Rabbi in Israel, can plan a Bar Mitzvah in Israel according to your family's unique personality, study fashion, and according to the family desires.

I find significance in connecting to the Reform Rabbi or Bar Mitzvah tutor that you've worked with at home, and forming a meaningful experience that is linked from the beginning of your child's Bar Mitzvah studies and until the big day.

I offer the following (all for girls and boys alike:)

- Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah at the Western Wall (Robinson's Arch - the egalitarian section).

- Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah in Ein Gedi

- Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah in Massada

- Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah in Baram

- Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah in a Reform congregation in Israel.

I offer Bar Mitzvah services to nonbinary / LGBTQ identified individuals.

I offer Bar Mitzvah sessions for children with disabilities, ADHD or learning disabilities.

The Bar Mitzvah ceremony can also be held at a Reform or Conservative Shul throughout Israel.

I will arrive with the Sefer Torah (Torah Scroll), personalized prayer books (we get to write these together!) and everything that is needed for the Bat / Bar Mitzvah in Israel.

Saving the possibly best for last: Our Rabbi. Naomi Efrat. If you’re looking for a Reform Rabbi, look no further. She is so special, so warm, loving, kind, funny... just the whole package. Our ceremony was beyond perfect. With her you really create your own ceremony, make it yours, not something generic and forgetful. And you can tell right from the start that she loves what she does and she does it whole heartedly. We really fell in love with her.
